How do I place an order?

1. Decide whether you want to etch your own device or cover or purchase a product to be etched from our store.
2. Choose whether you want to select from our Artwork section or create your own design.
3. Pick your device and model.
4. If you’re creating your own design, you’ll now be asked to upload artwork (please see guidelines on artwork in the Create section)
5. Add to cart.
6. Fly through our checkout process and submit your order. We’ll get cracking on your order right away.
7. Settle back with a beverage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure certified website. If you’ve no access to the internet, we can accept payment over the phone. Business orders can be made by direct bank transfer.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once submitted, it’s unlikely we can cancel your order as we start work on it lickety-split. So please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll see if your order has already been processed and dispatched. If we can catch it in time, we’ll happily change or cancel it. If not, we can arrange a return.

Can I add to an order I’ve already placed?

All products sold through our website come with free UK shipping. So, if you want to add something to your order, it’s just as quick and no more expensive to just order the other product. If you’re ordering from Europe or you want to change or add to a custom design, please get in touch as soon as possible at support@etchwork.com

Do you have a cut-off time for orders to be processed the same day?

Yes, all orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

How do I know I am buying securely from your website?

Our website is hosted on a secure, dedicated server that is PCI DSS-compliant (view our certificate here). That’s Fort-Knox safe.

What do I need to know about my product before ordering?

Before completing your order, please make sure that you’ve selected the correct device, model and variant of product (colour and material where appropriate). If you’re having your device or a product etched, please check your artwork is correct, especially if your artwork includes text.
