All our prices include postage, packaging and handling costs within the UK (please note when sending devices in for etching, you are responsible for postage costs inbound).

Sending your device in?
Please make sure you package it securely and with plenty of protection. We’re not responsible for any damage to your device before it arrives with us. If you do not have the original or suitable packaging to send your device in, we can supply you with specialist packaging. Just select the option at checkout.
Delivery times
The delivery times below refer to the period of time after we have processed your order and dispatched.
Royal Mail Special Delivery – UK
Guaranteed next day by 1pm, mainland UK, Mondays to Fridays (except public and bank holidays). Some more remote parts of the UK (with sheep) take longer – please see the Royal Mail website for more details. Sometimes, delivery is made on Saturdays if the item arrives at the local delivery office that day, but Royal Mail doesn’t guarantee this.
Royal Mail Recorded first class – UK
Delivery aim: one day, mainland UK on Mondays to Fridays (except public and bank holidays). Some more remote parts of the UK take longer – please see the Royal Mail website for more details.
Royal Mail Airmail – Europe
Delivery aim: three to five days. Times may vary if your order or delivery takes place over a UK public or bank holiday. European delivery comprises the following countries:
Packaging
When we develop new packaging for Etch products, we look for new, clever ways to reduce their overall impact. We have eradicated the need for plastic in our own packaging and the specialist packaging we use for the logistics of devices is 97% recyclable. This means it can be placed in standard recycling bins in the UK. All our packaging is unprinted other than our logo and instructions, which are printed directly onto the packaging lid instead of a separate piece of paper.
