Upload guidelines
- Select your device, followed by variant.
- Want to etch your device or case? Decide now. No pressure.
- Choose ‘case’ and you might have various choices. Make your final selection and get ready to upload your artwork.
- Check your artwork, especially spelling and grammar.
- Convert text and strokes to outlines (vector software only).
- Combine any overlapping objects (vector software only).
- Make sure your artwork is black and white only.
- Is your artwork the right file format? (.AI, .PDF, .JPEG, .PNG)
Points to ponder: if you’re uploading anything but vector artwork, is it at least 300dpi? Make sure your artwork isn’t too complex or contains shading. Finally, do you have the rights to use the artwork?

Use the appropriate template to show us how you would like your artwork positioned. Template.ai (requires vector software). If you don’t own this techy type of software, don’t worry, just upload your design and we’ll send you a mock up for your approval.
How much will it cost to etch my device?
These are the costs to etch your device using our ‘Drop In’ service. If you use choose our ‘Send In’ service an additional £10 will be added to your order at the checkout for all devices except laptops, where an additional £30 will be added. This additional cost means your device is returned to you by next day delivery and is fully insured.
